A heavy-handed addition of rye malt adds a mild spiciness, which is balanced by a light, fruity, floral hop aroma. Our main bar area is the ideal setting for a casual happy hour or seated lunch or dinner. Munich and Vienna malts are used to give a slightly sweet and malty flavor. Noble German hops were added to the boil, adding enough bitterness to balance with the malt. Intense Russian imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels and 100% bottle refermented.

Gluten reduced beer for the most adventurous hop heads. Fresh Pear juice and Madagascar Vanilla (for mouth-feel and smoothness) are added to our apple cider post fermentation. This light, refreshing brown ale was infused with real coconut.

In the tradition of 18th Century brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great. A rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. Constructed using Maris Otter, 2-Row, Flaked Oats, and Acidulated Malt. Mosaic & Simcoe hops were added to the boil and the beer was dry-hopped with Amarillo & Mosaic. Rich notes of fruit and spice and a beautifully dry finish in this deceptively big Belgian-style tripel.

Sour ale consists of various blond ales that were barrel aged up to 12 months, then aged for 8 to 12 months on raspberries and apricot Noyaux. Made entirely with apples and cascade hops from the same landscape, and in some cases the same farms, this cider is a tribute to those things that connect us. Zesty and citrus-y cider crafted with bright red Sicilian blood oranges.
These items have been prepared with gluten free ingredients and preparations. Gluten free flatbread or buns will be substituted where applicable. We use gluten free soy sauce for all preparations requiring soy sauce. The taste is tart and dry but has a certain roundness. It also has a slight dry bitterness because of the youth of the oak barrels used, as they still release some tannins.

Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.
